· All tiles come in wrapped in cardboard sleeves in packs of 2 tiles. For small orders, these may arrive on a crate. For larger orders, these will arrive on a pallet. For example maximum of 64 tiles on one pallet.
· Someone must be on-site to help the driver offload the wagon when the tiles are being delivered. We would strongly recommend a minimum of two able-bodied people. Failure to assist could result in the order not being delivered.
· Do not drag the tiles on rough surfaces or across other tiles, this could cause damage to the porcelain tiles.
· Do not leave metal or tools on the porcelain tiles for long periods.
· Keep all porcelain tiles neatly stacked to avoid them falling and becoming damaged.
